In recent months IDR Medical have been involved in a number of projects to understand price Cost-Benefit Analysis Cost Benefit Visualisationsensitivities in the context of the economic cost/benefit a particular device or technology can present to a customer. Examples of project outputs in the form of Cost-Benefit Models are:

  • Revenue models; to understand the impact of differing levels of economic evidence on price sensitivity
  • Toolkits for salespeople to simply demonstrate a cost/benefit argument in front of a customer
  • Understanding which economic arguments resonate best with which clinical and administrative stakeholders (when to use them and with who)
