We have a collaborative approach to working you and your teams

While much of our time and effort in any engagement is dedicated to understanding the customer and external market environment, we typically commence projects with a workstream of “internal research.”  Depending on the project focus, this could include interviews or workshops with sales, marketing, research or operational teams across our clients organization.  This initial period of research is often part of the project set up process and serves to frame our understanding of the engagement, gather country level validation of our project methodology and develop hypotheses we can later challenge or confirm.
